The K60-V-Line Set consists of a robust entrance mat made of hot-dip galvanized steel and a high-quality dirt-catching tray made of polymer concrete (dimensions: 500 × 1000 mm, height: 80 mm). This combination ensures maximum cleanliness, stability, and durability – ideal for heavily frequented entrance areas indoors and outdoors.

The K60-V-Line entrance mat is manufactured using a patented punch-press connection. The V-shaped filling bars provide high rigidity and optimal scraping effect. This reliably removes dirt and moisture from shoe soles – even with intense use.

The polymer concrete tray serves as a stable, durable, and low-maintenance catch basin beneath the mat. It safely collects dirt and water and is particularly resistant to mechanical stress, chemicals, and frost. Polymer concrete is characterized by excellent physical and chemical properties – environmentally friendly, corrosion-free, and extremely durable.
